Damn....Now THAT'S a filter. It it was much taller, they would have to take a hole saw to the hood so you could close it.

That has to be special houseing that thing is way to big around also to fit a stock houseing.

Wow and a motorcraft at that. Van now I know I haven't worked on many vans but not a one of them had that monster. LOL Learn sumthin new every day.

That has to be a coolant filter or something special.
Takeing another look I can see the oil filter cap and the fuel filter.
What the heck is that thing.LOL

Correct me if I am wrong but the few vans I worked on the oil filter was remotely mounted drivers side around the front tire somewhere.
I toght I saw just a sliver of the fuel filter cap edge, about inline of the clamp on the CAC, but really can't make it out.
