Stalling issue

Ok here's what I found. Put air to the fuel port on both heads (one at a time). Passenger side held pressure. Drivers side leaked down. I pulled the valve cover but could not determine which injector it was coming from. I pulled all four injectors and inspected the O-rings on each side of the fuel area. They look ok. With fuel going into the oil, I would have to think that one of the O-rings (black) above the fuel inlet is bad allowing fuel to come up the side of the injector and then flow down into the oil pan. I think if a injector cup was cracked fuel would be flowing into one of the cylinders and/or contaminating the coolant. I am not smoking a lot and I have no hydrolock or fuel in the coolant. Am I missing something? Can the O-rings be bad but look OK?

Yes the 0-ring could be flat or pinched double check to make sure some one didn't leave an extra copper washer in the port and torx to spec , to many mechanics missed the proper torx . re air test both sides you going to have to look real close maybe use a bubble solution to see it . it wont take much. cant remember if the 03s have a stc fitting on the back fordman or Benny would have to fill in on that.

You need to install new orings and copper washers on all the injectors you removed and make sure the new orings get lubed with oil before you reinstall them. Also make sure the injector hold down bolt holes get blown out with compressed air so that there is no liquid left in there as liquid in the bolt hole will not allow for proper seat load on the copper washer when you torque the injector.

Put new O-rings and copper washers on all 4 injectors. I was very careful with the new O-rings and install. Torqued them to 28 ft. pounds. Still have the leak. I have isolated it to the #8 injector. So in the morning I plan to swap #8 and #2 and see if the problem moves with the injector or stays at the #8 spot.

Everything I find when I search injector fuel leak comes up with HPO leak at the HPO rail nipple. I did not have a hot start issue and I understand what's being said about the HPO leaks and the O-rings at the top of the injectors look good. I'll be damned if I can find anything about the injectors leaking fuel. the fuel seems to be coming out of the sides somewhere. Can anyone tell me if the injectors have internal seals that could be bad causing them to leak fuel? I don't mind doing research, god knows I have spent many many hours looking for the answer.
