Cab alignment
I've been having same issues today and done exactly the same, set my adjustable ones the same as originals and was all over the place. ended up putting two bits of 2x4 on chassis under rear of cab, unbolt front measure up all four cab corners off chassis, back of cab off bed.
Does anybody know Should cab be level back to front and side to side??

try this.
leave the fronts bolted in place,
unbolt the "lower" adjustable mounts,
put a floor jack in the rear floor of the cab and raise or lower the cab from the frame top to the body seam below the rear window.
then rebolt the lowers back in place.
it helps if the bed is on so you can adjust the rear slats on the back wall to top of the bed,
