Howdy world...boy - this diet and walking sure has taken time away from the 'puter!!
Can't complain about it tho, IT'S WORKING!!! Did almost 3 miles this morning - in the same amount of time that it used to take me to walk just one!! Calories are coming off too... dropping about a pound every 2-3 days. I was hoping to do only a pound a WEEK! Nice thing is I can tell it coming off exactly from whare I wanted it to....belly is shrinking! Glad I use suspenders......

Morning world.... I made it today. Doing a REST day. I overdid it yesterday! 11,000+ steps* was little over the top! But nothing a few ADVIL didn't take care of.
