So back to basics:
* Does the WTS come on?
* Does the tach move when you crank it?
* Have you confirmed the e-fuel is working, do you have good fuel pressure?
* Have you done any PCM-based diagnostics, KOEO, injector buzz, etc?
* Have you monitored anything while cranking, such as injection pressure?

good morning all thanks for the replies got the motor running this morning pulled out the squematics and started checking powers and grounds and found I was missing the ground that supplies the pcm and idm. Farmet yes I just installed the electric fuel pump what else you think would be necessary?

Are you using the stock fuel bowl? If so, is the electric pump upstream or downstream of it?
Absence of power to the PCM should have been evident the moment you turned the key. The WTS light would not have come on. There wouldn't even be any reason to proceed further to try to start it without getting the WTS light. You would also not have seen the brief flicker of the CE light.
