Common core is going to be the death of many children's drive for education...

My calculus instructor did her masters working on implementing common core. She's a sweet lady but no way would I want her math and world skills setting the standard for American students.

Good day of work outside. Got all of the Marlahan Mustard taken care of on my property and started fight off the poison oak...

 

Poison oak,,eck had plenty of that growing up. Itchin just typing here

 

I hate it. It's turned me into such a freak in the last few years. When I'm at my parents I wont touch half of their dogs, and once I've seen someone pet that dog, I will no longer touch them without cringing...

I almost moved to Idaho a few years ago just to get away from the poison oak.

 

Idaho? Seems a bit extreme just to get away from Poison Oak. Still, whatever works.

Get's away from congestion, California gun laws, PETA pushed hunting laws, and poison oak...

There are parts of Idaho that are very similar to where I live. I grew up in a a mountainous river valley and to me there's no place like that on Earth. My grandpa just moved up to Idaho last fall. I wouldn't mind going up there but the job options are pretty limited in the field I'd like to get into...

 

You forgot smog, crime, smog, high prices, smog, and water shortage, oh and did I mention smog? Unfortunately, I am stuck here for the time being. No moving to Oregon as the West Care assistance is only local.

Man that sucks. Only had one vehicle stolen from me in my lifetime (so far), and it was not a good feeling. Hope their insurance covers it.
