What brand and pn front spring did you buy? Might be good to document it for the future.

Dave,
I bought my springs from Welsh Jaguar in Steubenville Ohio. They have been in the Jag parts business since 1965. The part number for mine which I believe is the Jaguar # was RTC2751. Many/most vendors use that same number. I did call them and ask if they had gotten any returns. One return in the last 10+ years and they have used the same supplier longer than that. I suspect that the number of suppliers is probably low, maybe just one.

Rusty,
If I have this correct you are running the following: Fronts - 215/60 R16 tires on 16 X 6 rims with a +1/4" offset = 3 1/4" backspace and the rubbing was due to weak springs, not due to tire or rim choice.

Mike, I have 16x7 wheels with 3 3/4 backspace. Like I posted, the front end was sitting very low and I had some rubbing in drive ways and such. Once I raised the front to a normal level with the new springs I had no more rubbing.
