I have been informed by management that June 7th would work for us.

 

Morning everyone.

Well had the roof man over last night and to my surprise he said; "You have a 15 year shingle, and it's now 19 years old and you should get another 5 years out of it. There is environment staining and a few bad shingles. We can wash the roof and replace the shingles with no damage to the roof. Replacement shingles will be a little lighter."
This is going to be a lot cheaper. He added that whatever we are doing keep doing it. Which is nothing on our part. the house is facing west to east and that may be the key.

If the GTG is on a Sunday I will do my best to show up.

Still have about 10 more feet of crushed stone to move, put in cement blocks and recover with the crushed stone.

Good evening everyone.

Got three big boxes of parts in the mail today.

 

Pretty much any weekend typically works for me, but the 7th should definitely be good. We move into the house the weekend before that, so a little breather for us on a Sunday after unpacking would probably be a good thing.

 

You gone need help? Lots of enclosed trailers around here.

 

I can volunteer a truck and enclosed trailer, probably not to much heavy lifting though
