Pat - I muscled the bed off the Bull alone. Not advisable, but it had to be done. I'll have help to put the new one on.

You should have used an engine hoist. I've seen guys make lift rigs for boxes out of wood, and lift them with an engine hoist. Me? I had my BIL and his tractor help me!

I actually had to pay a guy to help with the truck after my back surgery. I don't have any friends with nothing to do, i guess.
