RC. That's why I'm excited to get my old helper back. I hope my production jumps up quite a bit. He's a kid that doesn't mind learning something new, but I can wind him up and point him in a direction and he gets the job done with minimal issues.

Ok - there's something worse that sitting in a meeting for 2 days. Getting up and going back to work after 2 days of meetings. Geez Louise...

Good Morning Everybody!

Dave, hang in there. It's almost Friday.

I have to see if that Monte got dropped off last night. If so, I'm gonna take a break from the Chevy truck and knock this out. It needs a new transmission and the front clip paint and installed.

Good morning everybody, Natural Light and BBQ chicken sure was good last night. Got home too late to do anything on my projects. I cut and rubbed on Eleanor this morning and did a little welding on the Kawasaki Mule. I've got to get these paying jobs knocked in the head and on to my stuff.

And you will have plenty of time to play with cars, they'll only work you part time until they get the automated system working to eliminate employees. Then you'll have all the time you want to work on cars.

Wish I was closer and actually had free time. I'd work for really cheap(like buy my lunch) if I could learn how to do some body work. Just something I've never really done. I can hang fenders and I wrenched for a living longer than I'd like to admit but my welding skill are abysmal!! Full time job's and children really take away from the free time though.

Yeah, I wished you lived closer, too. If you don't mind long hours for no pay, but get to play with cool toys, I have the job for you!

The Monte Carlo that got dropped off last night just lost it's place in line. He got all the parts alright. He dropped off a 2001 Monte and parts for a '99 Monte. Completely different generation car. Not even close. Kinda made me mad that I dropped everything to get him in and he doesn't know what kinda car he has.

Can't put a price on knowledge. I was going to say education but I think universities do put a price on that and it's expensive! Hoping to learn a little from my uncle working on a few paint and body projects this summer. He's no pro but his work is perfectly acceptable for daily driven vehicles. I think he's painted a few vehicles as trade for stuff and done the body work on his personal ones. But has done a lot of tractors, trailers(of all sizes), forklifts and equipment where looks are second to rust prevention.
