V-10 surging

V-10 engine automatic transmission, so at 1500-2000 rpm the truck surges really bad and when doing an up hill climb at low speed.

Replaced:
Egr valve, throttle position sencor, all cops, plugs, cleaned injectors, new fuel pump, fuel filter, replaced crack vacuum hoses, mass air flow sencor, aftermarket intake, cleaned out catalytic converter.

Had it running better for one day then starting acting up again so not sure what is going on, no engine codes are popping up.

Sounds like you threw a lot of parts at this truck already. Not sure why, but okay.. When you say there are no engine codes, do you mean no check engine light, or did you just use a scan tool to check for fault codes? What feels like a surge, could be related to your transmission too. Now to be clear, I'm not suggesting that's the case, so don't go out and buy a new transmission right away. You may want to buy a scan tool that you can monitor the truck's status while you're driving. That way when the problem surfaces, you can see what condition systems are in when symptoms occur.
