Wow, totally missed most of this debate in the South Dakota legislature... I heard about the 6 cent gas tax increase, but looks like will also be paying 4% sales tax on car/trucks now... up from 3%.

The big news is the speed limit is now 80mph on the interstates. I've been "practicing" that for a while now anyway, lol.

Nebraska is looking at doing the same 6% on gas taxes. I've driven across both SD and NE. They should be 90 mph, just to lessen the boredom....LOL
