Very nice!!! I love bells-whistles-&-Doodads!!!
Why punch out the old bushings? If they're in good shape, just leave them alone.... If they are plastic, they will pop out with a wooden dowel and a mallet.. Use one of your old bolts to tap in the new bushings.
I will be getting into mine this weekend I hope...
Thank you sir.... I think I am out of upgrades. Well, wait, I am going to get a HD shackle kit for the suspension. This RV did come with wet bolts but not HD shackles. I'm just not crazy about pressing the old bushings out and the new ones in... so I've been dragging my feet....

If the old ones are plastic then good deal and easy. If they are metal, they won't be bronze so that's why I'd swap them out with the bronze ones that come with the kit... Won't know until I'm into it. I read on an RV forum that a ball joint tool makes the job VERY easy. You can rent them or get them cheap at Harbor Freight...

No personal experience and you may be right, but I've read that there are steel bushings that come on some setups too. If they were bronze, I'd be a happy guy and just change the bolts and shackles! I could then save the new bronze bushings for the next service in 10k...

Thanks guys. Just took a walk to let our little devil... eh hem... angle burn off some of her drive here energy. Found another 395AMP with full body paint. People were inside but if I catch them outside, I'll have to inquire about their slide toppers.... Ugh, this trip might cost me more money than I thought. However, if it does, it will also provide for future upgrade posts here in the "Today" thread. Well, prolly...
