Tracking a F150 build??

Yup! Far, far better in spite of the glitches than some. Two years ago my wife ordered an SUV that came from Germany. The only way to get info was to call the sales lady, who rarely returned calls. And when she did the info she had was just how long until it would arrive - and that proved extremely inaccurate.
Instead, we get the VIN, then a window sticker, build date, ship date, etc.

Dearborn Truck Shipment
My truck is in transit. How are these trucks typically shipped? I'm in SE Pennsylvania. I've been told truck will likely ship by rail to some point near its destination, possibly Philadelphia or Delaware, then truck carrier to the dealership.
Anyone know how trucks are shipped from Dearborn?

Crystal says the window stickers aren't available until about a week ahead of the vehicle entering production. And, she provided this link to go to in order to see your window sticker. (Note that your VIN needs to be the very last of that link, so the way I did it was to click on the link, and then when it says there's no VIN just click at the end of the URL in your browser and add the VIN.) I did that and found that my window sticker is not yet available.
However, the cotus web site clearly says "When you have a moment, tryout the link to your Window Sticker that is now available lower on the page." But there are two problems with that: First, the window sticker isn't available when your truck initially goes into "In Production" status. Second, clicking that link goes to a page that never populates instead of providing the info that the window sticker isn't available.
Unfortunately Ford hasn't provided their Customer Service reps, like Crystal, with access to the team that is working on the cotus web site, so she has no way to feed this info back to them. But, she gave me the telephone number of the Customer Relationship Center (1-800-392-3673) and suggested they might be able to help. So, I suggest we all call them and let them know what the issues are, as just one of us calling isn't likely to get the job done.
