Truck won't start. Battery is okay. Starter is okay. Ignition switch is okay. Neutral switch is okay. Even put in brand new battery and car is trying to start, but is turning slowly. Sounds like it's draining power.

Checked crankshaft, crankshaft is hard to turn by hand. Used tool, still hard, but turns. Checked oil, smells like gas. Hoping engine is not seized because crankshaft still turns, just rough. I don't think its a fuse? Maybe a censor? Need help, this is my only vehicle, need to take kids to school, get to work.
