Weather techs floorliners unfortunately are not made for anything but the front seats.
I can't stand the old school husky liners.
I went with full set of front to rear Nifty Catch All's.
The regular ones are carpeted and the extremes are rubberized.
On my 01 EX I used the extremes. On the 05 I bought last summer I bought the carpeted ones. They are good quality and don't shift to bad.
Even being able to get stuff at "cost" Amazon was cheapest.

Should still have the wiring or provisions for it tucked up in there somewhere. My original housings sucked when I got the truck so I picked up new ones off RockAuto for about $65/pr. Could be worth poking around up front to see what's going on up there.
Hell, even just getting the original brackets minus lights and adding your own lights of choice would work well. Wire them up with relays that trigger off the parking light circuit inside the driver kick panel (brown wire IIRC), and you'll be golden.
Getting extra lights down lower to the ground helps a lot with light where you need it, especially foggy or rainy weather.

I got some tyc fogs from eBay for my 05 that didn't come with any. The bolt holes are already in the bumper and already have nuts clipped to them. I did not have any wiring waiting for me to use, so I used a relay and wired them up myself. They make a HUGE improvement in night visibility.
