You called all these phone numbers and no one had any? BS! Carpenter alone had 827!

E3TZ-9840282-A is TYPE 17 = 4 X 4 emblem for F150/350 & Bronco:

FEYER FORD in Edenton NC has 2 = 252-482-2144.

GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 2 = 800-543-4959.

 

I just received a pair of the fender emblems from Dennis Carpenter, along with some lariat door emblems - ordered online and had them in 2 days, quick service

 

Yep I got my F150 emblems from Dennis Carpenter as well. They were too nice to put on the truck so Ive been driving with one missing till after I paint the truck and pinstripe it to put these on.

thanks guys, I did order the F150 part from carpenters but they did not have the 4x4 part. I did call all but one of those numbers and it was apparently inventory screw ups. they didn't have them. but they gave me numbers and then they gave me numbers and so on. I finally found somewhere in ks that didn't have them but could get them. hopefully they will be right. I should know next week.

I know ive been looking for the pin striping for my '82. Even went through the parts catalog at one time to get part numbers. Couldnt find anyone that has them. Makes me wish i had macco get them for me years ago when they said they could get them.

 

number dummy, I just noticed the part number you quoted was E3TZ-9840202-A, and the one ive been tracking is E3TZ-9840282A. was yours a typo? or are there two different numbers?

Above is a picture its hard to explain but its a tri stripe design in blue, light blue, blue color. Its also found on the front fenders, doors, cab, rear flare side fenders, and tailgate. Im not home at the moment but if i remeber right mine is like a mix between two styles of pinstriping listed in the ford catalog.

 

Stripe Code printed on the Certification Label. It's related to one of these (TYPES: 5 - 6 - 7).

 

Or should I say go "sans fender emblems". Take the other one off if Yer feelin' lopsided

 

Where exactly on the cert label?

I was going to post a pic but ive been trying to get my laptop to connect to my jetpack for the past 4 hours.

But i looked and dont seem to see any numbers for the stripes listed. Like wise mine is two sets together. On the cab side by the door i have the type 1 style and the rest of the truck is type 6 based off the diagrams.

Color wise type one with dark blue with medium blue in the middle is closest color match for mine. Also listed for '82, how ever type six does not have the same blue on blue stripe and the only blue one i found was for 83 and up.

Maybe thr truck was repainted at one time but it is very unlikely due to lack of overspray in jambs and inside fenders. Plus weve had the truck since '92 or '93.

In the morning ill try to connect not sure if its computer wifi going our or this jet pack but if i can connect ill post a picture of my cert label.
