2007 Expedition EB Climate Issues

I am new to the site and haven't seen any newer posts on this topic. We are having the same issues many others have with the climate controls not working right. We have the EATC. It is either full blast or nothing at all. Has anyone figured out what actually needs to be replaced (EATC, Control Module, Climate Control. .......)? Any help would be great!

Assuming you've checked fuses 15 and 37 and they're not blown...the copper on the PC board inside of the climate control head unit burns out and you lose the variable control portion. The high speed relay will operate the blower on high only because there is a separate output on the head unit that controls the relay. The repair is to open the head unit and solder in a jumper over the burnt area, or swap it with another one.
