Problem after headgaskets

I just had headgaskets(oem) studs, egr delete, oil cooler done on my 06 plus water pump cause the gasket blew. I have a sct livewire hooked up monitoring everything and tonight i noticed that the eot and ect's were way off. fully warmed up and rolling 65 Anywhere from 40*-50* out it was eot-156 and ect-172. Degas bottle was at the normal level.

Im also having issues with the fuel gauge. Every now and then the gauge will go to E and the miles to E will display ---. Turn the truck off and back on it works again. Im half assuming its the plug on the sending unit or the sending unit itself. Kind of looking for conformation there.

Im having trouble figuring out what the problem is with the deltas so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

156 EOT and 172 ECT isn't fully warmed up, unless sensors are bad. Check the cold soak temps of the sensors and report back.

After an overnight cold soak what do the ECT, EOT and TFT read? Should all read very close to one another.

I just ordered a new 200* thermostat from XDP(only 56 bucks) So when that comes in i'll install it ive been doing more reading and realized the temps aren't getting to where theyre suppose to be and since i just had the gaskets and cooler done it's most likely the tstat.

Do you have the BPD oil cooler? bad thermostat or not The EOT should be more than the ECT. The EOT and the ECT sensor are one of the same. Personally I would swap the sensors and see what happens.

Thermostat should have been replaced with the head gaskets and water pump.
