Only if it is spinning. I was getting some pretty gnarly sounds from the rear of the 250 not long ago. I didn't dare to take it on the highway so I don't know if it would have caused a vibration but the noises turned out to be the hardware kits in the drums breaking to pieces.

So just so we're all on the same page, once you discovered the hub situation, and got the hubs to properly unlock, you're not getting the vibration? And you ARE getting it when you lock the hubs? If that's all accurate, next thing I'd try is remove the front driveshaft and take it for another test drive, hubs locked. If the nose/vibration persists, then it's front diff, axle shafts, front axle u-joints, etc. If no vibration, I would take that driveshaft to a driveline shop to check/balance it.

Also, did you confirm that BOTH hubs lock/unlock? I could imagine if one hub is locked and the other unlocked, you could have stuff like this.

The vibration isn't as bad any more when the hubs are unlocked but you can still feel a some when you let off the pedal and I think I still can hear clicking coming from somewhere
