Opinions wanted on BG Products Trans Flush Machine

I have acquired a BG Products PF-20 Big Dawg High Capacity Power Flush and Fluid Exchange System. Basically some flowery BS to say a transmission flush machine. I don't want to start a poo flingfest about whether to or not to do a flush on one's transmission. I would like to know if anyone is familiar with this machine, how much they cost new, how much they are worth now and how well they worked. If I can get a decent price selling it, it's outta here. If not, I will re-purpose it.

this was the machine my mechanic used to exchange the fluid on 4 of my vehicles.

other than to say that all of them have lasted many miles after having him exchange the fluid, I can't be of much more help.

no fling fest here.

It's funny because as soon as I mention this topic, someone's grenaded transmission works it's way into the conversation. I prefer the drain and fill method. If you're doing that every 20-25k miles, I don't think getting every last drop of fluid out is that important. Plus, most of my vehicles still have a drain plug in the TC.

I'm sure at some point Mark Kovolsky will offer his comments regarding this line of thought.

I have used that machine in various work enviroment's without any major problem's. I know that the price was generally under$5,000. They work by exchanging the fluid quart for quart. Pretty easy to use and not nearly as messy as a pan drop can be. Quick, easy, mainly for a high voluum shop. Personally, I like to 'see' what's in the pan.
