It was 53 degrees on my way into work this morning.... Ill take the cold over the heat

I would too, I hate walking outside at 5 in the morning (walking the dogs) and it is 82 degrees with heat still radiating from the concrete...

I'll take the heat. Spent most of my life in the Phoenix area. I've lived in VA,FL,WA and now UT.. I'll take 8 months of awesome weather with 4 months of boat weather AZ has

The only problem I have with all this heat (supposed to be 100 today) is the 20 million people to go with it. Based on my experience, I would have to say most Americans (and several illegals) like the climate in Kalifornia. And yes, that climate comment was intended as a double entendre.

Thats why I left AZ. I'm big into being outdoors and in the 90's i could be 10 minutes away from my house by the river with no one around. Places i used to camp when i was little are now houses. I like my small towns and the ability to disappear into the woods and not see anybody. Things are changing though, the BLM and NF close down more trails everyday and put up new camp grounds(trailer parks in the woods) more and more
