Hey guys, just checking in to say hi. I just picked up a '99 F250 SCSB 4x4 V10. She has just over 73k miles on her. Previous owner took really good care of the truck. He installed a locking center console as well as a Detriot locker in the rear diff.

No big mod plans as of yet. I've already got a new head unit on the way so I can stream music and be hands free. Other than that I just want to keep up on maintenance. Here's a picture of the thirsty girl.

Awesome truck! And a 99? My 99 has nearly 100,000 more miles on the clock with nothing major done to the engine. That should give you some confidence!

Is it an early 99 or a late 99?

 

What month is the cutoff to determine that?

I installed my new head unit today. I've got a Dynomax VT muffler on the way to improve the exterior sound as well.

 

If I remember right, March was the dividing line...

 

Well I'm not even close to 3/99. My truck was built on 6/98!
