Burnt rubber smell, vibration in steering/ride

F-250, Lariat, 2000 with 210k miles, Top quality Michelins less than 1 yr old.
Problem: Out of blue, started to get significant vibration in ride and in steering wheel; but no pull any direction. Smelled burnt rubber/burnt electronics in area around battery (front passenger).
Took to dealer who replaced brakes. Problem fixed for 2 days.
Took to Big-O, where I bought tires, they rotate/balance and inspect; suggest front bearings get replaced. They replaced them. They see no issues with brakes or tires.
Now smell has moved from front passenger to rear driver side. The vibration is also back; very easily observable in steering wheel vibration. It doesn't seem to be coming from the front, but I could be mistaken. Normally truck rides like a smooth Caddilac; with exception of this recent vibration issue. It's making me nuts!
Youtube had suggestion of "road force balancing" tire balancing technique. No clue if Big-O did this or not.
Any suggestion or insights would be highly appreciated!
