I was kinda wondering the same thing, what's the widest rim you can fit inside the rear wheel well on a 2wd? I've got 8" wide wheels with 4" backspacing right now. There is no more room for the wheel to move outward. Is there such a thing as a 10" wheel with 6" backspacing?

Back in the old days a friend of mine had a 77 f-100 he ran n-50 15s on.best as I can recall they were about 14" wide at the tread. I think he had them on 12" rims.
