400M w/EEC-IV SEFI-EDIS8

Here's a few shots of mine. Very reliable and using all OEM Ford parts. I've recently retrofitted a Seltec A/C compressor in place of the original York, so no belt yet.

Glad to see progress! You know if you pull this off you are going to be bugged on the details of it forever right?

Nice job shaker666 ! Thank you Jdeshler . I'm confident i will pull this off but this is only one part of a bigger project ! I know i will get bugged when this works great lol. I know I will be bugged when this works great It is a 1978 ford bronco that i have started with a frame an a rust free tub .Here is the link to my build thread

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/9...o-take-it.html

This project has been on the back burner for awhile it is a very slow build due to the lack of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and there is a couple of other projects that have priority right now. So enjoy reading the other thread an i will keep everyone updated . Right now total cost for this EFI swap is less than $100

Shave down the ridges around the butterflies on the TBI unit, it helps a little. Also, there is probably a plug blocking the idle adjustment, it's easy to punch/drill out.

Well I got my carburetor to TBI adapter plate from Trans adapt part#2210 today. I was able to mount up the throttle body on my edelbrock intake plus got the map sensor mounted okay pic time cause that's what everyone wants to see.

Hi, I was wandering how much CFM do you think you will see using the TBI and is your engine all stock or does it have a cam upgrade?
Looks great by the way!

Okay its update time: I have been wondering how i was going to mount the coil and the ignition module. Then one day while i was working at the wrecking yard I saw a coil bracket out of a 97 suburban that had it's ignition module attached to the coil bracket well with a little modification i was able to mount it to the fire wall and fabbed up a piece of aluminum as a heat sink for the ignition module okay here are some pics

coil bracket mounted on firewall bracket

That is coming along nicely! We need updates in the bronco forum, the last time you updated your build thread was 2011.
