Coolant in spark plug hole

Okay so I was getting the misfire in cylinder 3 so I pulled the plug out and it had coolant in it. Does that mean it needs a new intake manifold gasket? That is what the guy told me at the parts store. Also can I drive it like this or will it damage the engine?

No, it probably came down from the top around the COP... look for a leak on the heater hose that goes over the top in that area, or blame it on water splashing from the tire, or washing the motor. Blow it out good, put in a new COP if the old one is bad, and call it good. Monitor to see if you have a problem. Check the heater hoses and level in the overflow coolant tank.
