amp power step

has anyone adapted an amp power step to fit a late bronco?

I am sure someone has. myself I felt the price was to steep and I would just end up tearing them off. I opted for a pair of custom sliders.

I want to run the Amp Research units one day, but the price is hard to swallow right now.
My buddy gave me a set of Kwikee Sidewinders, they work great and will do for now, better than the chains I used to use.
