Totally lost now!!!

ok so I went out last night to see if I could collect some data for my crank no start 4004 f250 6.0, we I said let me just to see if I have any codes and boy did I. I have like 15 of them. Here is a list
P0678 basically all the codes that read cylinder 1-8 glow plug circuit open
P0261 basically all the codes that read cylinder 1-8 injector circuit low
P2617 crankshaft position output circuit open
P2290 injector pressure too low
P0683 glow plug control module to PCM communication circuit
P0405 exhaust gas recirculation sensor A circuit low.

what's the deal?

GPCM faulty (connected????)

FICM_M voltage is decreasing to less than 45 volts (ideal voltage is 47.5 to 49). FICM needs replaced.

Injector control pressure needs to be MINIMUM 500 psi to start and run. Possibly a failed IPR valve and/or high pressure oil pump. Given the model year, a failed HPOP wouldn't be of any surprise.

P2617 is likely a result of several repeated cranking attempts to start the engine that failed, so ignore that one for now. P0405 is an EGR valve position sensor circuit fault that isn't as important to address until you resolve the other trouble code issues above.

Where is the gpcm located at? I just installed a scan gauge II but my batteries were dead. After they charge I'm going to see what I get.

The GPCM is a silver box mounted on a bracket sitting on the passenger side cable cover. There are two fairly large square connectors on it.

Got my batteries back and cranked it and watched my scan gauge. This is what I got.
Ipr 43.7
ICP 1224
Fmp 47.5
Syc 0
So is my FICM bad or is it going to be the wire loom.. What is the part number for the wire loom and how much do they run.

0 sync is an issue with cam and or crank sensors or the wiring.

Yes ficm Ok. You have no sync and all them codes may of been thrown because you ran the batteries dead while cranking.
You need to check crank and cam signal. Try unplugging and cleaning the plug for the cam sensor and reinstall it and see if it starts. The Scan Gauge should change the sync from 0 to a 1.

CAM sensor is located at the driver side front corner of the engine block. Its kinda tucked away behind the Upper coolant hose. You may be able to see it through the fender well liner area.

When you find the sensor, follow the wire up to the t-stat housing and check in that area for chaffing. Ive had a few where the wires had chaffed on the housing and would cause a no start/stall/rough running.

Took the plug apart at the cam sensor and cleaned it. No change. This is what I have, I added a couple of peds to the scan gauge. With the key on engine off and then cranking. When I have the key on engine off all gauges go to midpoint but the oil pressure one. After cranking it for a few seconds it finally does move but still not start. My battery light stays on the whole time even after I charged them. It seems like it is turning over slow but that may just be me. Here is the data I got today. Also took the cap off the oil filter and turned over the truck and saw the oil raise to the top.

Key on engine off:
Ipr 18.7
Icp 0
Syc 0
Fmp 47.5
Fss 0
Flp 12.0

While cranking:
Ipr 25.0
Icp 1003
Syc 0
Fmp 47.5
Fss 12.0
Flp 10.0

Could this all just be a wiring harness issue? What are the chances of it being either a oil cooler or hpop?
