For painting the heater fan, is a special paint required?
For painting the heater fan, is a special paint required? Do most people use flat black, or something more attractive?

You can use whatever paint you want.

Better quality will last longer but whatever you choose, we are talking years.

And yea about the FAN. I dont care if I can see it or not I made it shine anyway.... just because I could and that I KNOW its looking good even if I cant see it LOL

That's a huge LMAO about the shiny fan jimcar, plus a shiny fan moves more air. On painting it, I'm thinking passengers might be kicking it, it juts out where people put their feet. I know, I should say, "anybody kicks my magic air is out, forever" But that would be just about everybody.

Regarding the paint. Buy some two components flat black or shiny silver epoxy paint. Make sure you dont inhale to much of the vapour.

That will give the something to kick at, I you get some scratches you can always polish them out...

Rust-oleum hammered silver is very close to the original color #7213 . If you need any other parts ( i.e. heater boot ) to make your Magic Air heater work to it's full potential get in touch . Denny a.k.a. Magic Air heater king on FTE.

Man I'm glad there's a king for every part. Just got new lenses from taillight king. Thanks, I'll check it magic air king.

Don't forget to,put the paint on the fan in an anticlockwise fashion to avoid it flinging off...

OK as long as I'm in there painting, the parking brake lever needs something. I saw somebody did gloss black, looked good. Any other ideas on that?

Black. I guess you could do body color if all the other extra "stuff" like that is as well, but I would definitely go with black.

I agree, I've got some Rust-oleum Industrial Enamel, gloss black in the garage, that oughta work.
