Looks so much better. I should have just taped off my Blue Oval instead of removing it... such a PITA to remove lol.

It looks like I am going to have to replace the front locking hubs or tear them down and try to fix the OEM ones. It seems as though the front hubs are stuck and won't turn to lock or unlock. I know there isn't a vacum leak as a/c doesn't blow out of the defroster vents. The rig has ESOTF but the front wheels aren't pulling when in 4x4 high or low. Not sure what to do other than tear them down and put them back together. Any advice is helpful

Make sure that the transfer case shift motor is doing it's thing properly when you turn the switch on the dash first, if the transfer case isn't actually shifting into 4wd then obviously the fronts won't be pulling. Does it shift into Low Range?
Getting your auto hubs to move is important too, check out the Tech Folder above for a link to a good hub service write up, many times a stuck hub can be cleaned and lubed to get it back in operation.

When I switch it in to 4low I can hear the transfer case click so I would say that it is engaging.

I can't really tell from your engine bay photos, but you should check to see if the cruise control recall was done on your rig. We would hate to see such a nice rig get burned up.

That is one of the nice things about working at a Ford Dealership. I had it checked for any open recalls before I bought it

Thank you, I have to post new pictures of the front and rear bumpers that I touched up. Getting things together to start on my custom roof rack.

I saw two threads on here one was someone building their own roof rack and another was putting cabinets in the barn doors.

So the time is coming to replace the brakes on Deadpool. Wanted to get others opinion's on what they are using for brakes, rotor's, and caliper's. I already have one damper up front and thinking about another to sure up the steering. Any and all input is appreciated as always.

You posted at the right time Ronnie.

I just picked up a 2003 V10 truck that coincidentally needs brakes.

I decided to get 4 new calipers and 4 new rotors. Best price on calipers that I have found is Autozone, With 4 lifetime warranty pads and 4 lifetime warranty calipers it was around $370 total, with a refund of $120 back for the cores puts me at about $250. Great deal IMO. I went with eBay blank style rotors. I have the part numbers and links you would like me to PM them to you. Just ordered all of my stuff last night.

Oh and nice looking truck btw!
