Need bed measurements for F1

how wide is the bed? How tall are the bed floor supports / cross sills?

Here's the bed diagram. One of the others will have the thickness of the cross members. Stu

Thanks. I just need the cross sill height now. I'm gonna use square tubing but need the height and mine are gone so i've got nothing to measure

The cross sills are just high enough that the bed clears the frame at the kickup over the axle.

Do you mean crossmember when you say cross sill if so a crossmembers are out their $45 at classic hauler

I just can't justify $45 x 2 plus shipping for something that would be an upgrade for $10-20.

They aren't just square tube. One leg is longer than the other, because the frame is sloped at the points they are mounted. There's a large square pad where they sit on the frame, and holes drilled all the way across for the bed strips, in specific locations. You can make your own but there's more to it than just square tube, and will take a fair amount of fabrication.

Then maybe you could use a pic because the mid sill crossmembers are not square they slope at the angle with the frame hump

Short side on this rusty dog is 1 9/16" Long side 1 5/8sorry it's sideway
The front channel is 2"

Thanks guys thats just what i needed. I actually have some 1 x 1 1/2 so we are talking free. I'll just have add some material and get the angle and measurement right.
