Winter Project Complete
Walt (reference to Breaking Bad) rolled out of the shop for the first time this winter. I had a pretty long checklist when I pulled him into the shop a few months ago. New fan clutch, heater core, heater blower motor, heater core vacuum valve, new carpet, misc wiring gremlins. Oh, remember my 'Mystery B Pillar Holes thread? I did mount a fire extinguisher there. Mudflaps are reference to my gold mining addiction. I built a comfortable sound system with a Retro Sound radio and a pair of Kicker speakers with baffles inside a birch plywood box with cup holders covered in black vinyl. As of right now, everything works as Henry Ford intended. I feel guilty leaving him outside tonight as he's been in a heated garage all winter...oh well, he's tough...he is Walter White....Say My Name !!! Heisenberg
Here's his new portfolio.

Only painting I did was around the drip rails and the top of the bed and tailgate. Real minor stuff. Hub caps were given to me by the PO when he sold me the truck, along with a complete set of 16" wheel. That saved me a bunch when I went to buy new tires.
Oh, I did repaint the grille inserts and hid the vertical bars.
It will be heading to Les Schwab's for a brake checkup in another month.
