2011 F150 Ecoboost Lariat 4x4. Recommendations on leveling kit ideas and tires?

I'm new to this forum. I have a 2011 F150 4x4 Ecoboost Lariat max tow pkg etc. I live in Oregon and am looking to get a leveling kit and new tires. I got out to the desert a couple of weeks a year to hunt elk and then am out around the mountains locally deer hunting and out in the field goose hunting when I can as well. I have gone to the local store in town for all my tires all my life. Being as this is the first time I'm getting a leveling kit and bigger tires I went to them for recommendations. They gave me some options:

Leveling kits:
  • bilstein 5100 strut kit adjustable ride height
  • bilstein 2 inch spacer kit

The strut kit is only $50 more than the spacer leveling kit and is adjustable so I am leaning that way unless there is some reason to be concerned.

Tires:
  • BFG All-terrain T/A KO LT 305/65/R18/10
  • BFG All-terrain T/A KO LT 275/70/R18/10
  • Cooper Discoverer S/T MAXX LT295/70/R18/10
  • Cooper Discoverer S/T MAXX LT 275/70/R18/10

I am looking to get bigger tires (a little wider and higher) than my what I currently having which is Goodyear Wrangler MTR kevlar LT 275/65/R18

Any thoughts on this? Please let me know what y'all think. Any ideas are taken into consideration.

My truck is similar to yours. 2011 Lariat 6.2L Max Tow. I went with the Rancho Quick Lift (due to ease of springs already installed), XD Addict +18mm offset & 285/60R20 Duratrac's. I've put about 5k miles on everything and so far I'm happy.

That is a nice looking truck!! I don't know that I can afford those nice wheels yet but definitely looking forward to getting a kit and new tires! Thanks!
