help needed
I have a 2003 6.0 psd . Ive had it only around 2000 miles or two years . Down time alot been down since may of last year . Due to money and time its taken alot longer to figure and fix.
Drove home from chicago to st.louis. oil cooler was bad. Truck had mixed coolant and oil. Stuttered intermittanly when hot . Was weak when cold for 20 minutes then back to intermitant stutter.always had hot no start or hard start.
we replaced oil cooler and all entailed gaskets o rings etc,. Also did egr delete new oil and filter also new fuel filters. Put truck back together. It ran the same minus the ccoolan mixing with oil. Was driving it until one day it died while slowing at a stop sign. Never restarted since.
I admit i threw parts after that blindly. Ive done all injector o rings. Changed icp. Changed cmp.Still no start. Doesnt even smoke or act like it wants to hit. Have used touch of eather. Still nothing. The new icp is 22-130 while cranking. Ipr value at 14.40 while koeo then up to 84% while cranking. Icp harness newer and clean. Disconnected icp no change beside eratic reading. 125 rpms. Battery goes to 10.7 while cranking. I use 15w40 rotella. Motorcraft filters. No tunes all stock. Ficm is 47.5 koeo and while cranking. Im stumped and im 7k in the hole . Help please.

the weakest link on an 03 is the pump. a simple air test pin point if you have any leaks in the hpop system. You will have to buy some special tools to preform this test. IPR can fail by debri sticking the valve open. the icp can fail also, by unplugging it if the engine starts, replace the sensor.
