Wiper motor dying or bad battery?

The wipers on my truck are starting to act funny. On some days, they work at normal speed and adjust to each setting, and other days they go as slow as possible regardless of the setting. I thought this might have been due to cold weather, but after a warm spell we have had I am guessing otherwise.
I washed my truck, exited the car wash and hit the wipers to clear the windshield. They slowly moved to the middle of the windshield and stopped. I had to hit the switch again and give them a helping hand to finish the cycle.
Is this the sign of a dying motor?

To throw something else into the mix, I have a lot of green corrosion on my battery terminals, which I have tried cleaning off numerous times. I have coated the terminals and connectors with dilithium grease, but it hasn't seemed to have helped. I know our trucks function really weird with any electrical disturbance, so could this be the case with the wipers?

I also have an issue with my radio bezel. Some days I can read the screen and the time etc, other days it dims dark enough that I can not even see it. It doesn't matter if my lights are on or off, dimmed down, or turned all the way up.
Would this also be an issue with the battery or could all of this just be coincidental?

Sounds like you may be having low voltage. Watch out for the 'dilithium grease' - if it crystalizes you could go into warp drive! But regular old Lithium grease is safe to use. What you need on your terminals is CorrosionX. You have to remove the terminal clamp and clean the posts and all parts to ensure good current flow. Your battery or alternator might be bad too.
On the other hand I don't see how the truck could keep running under those conditions so the wipers could possibly need a new motor or something may be jamming them.

Wiper motors can be a pita to install, so a little troubleshooting is worth the time. Sounds like it's going out, but a loose or corroded connection might give the same symptom. Some motors have oil ports for lubrication as well. A drop or two of oil in the right places won't hurt.
