Not a big deal, a hinge pin repair kit (cheap) can be found at about any auto parts store. It includes a pin, new bushings and a E-clip to hold it in place. Be sure to support the door with a jack, drive the old pin out with a long punch and hammer or air chisel, insert the bushings and tap the new pin in and put the E-clip on - done!
Some times the old pin can fight you a bit it has splines on the end with the wider pin "stop" head. Be sure you're driving out from the end without it.
