Set of four micrometers

Four outside micrometers: 0-1", 1-2", 2-3", 3-4", used, in good condition in original boxes. No cheap imported junk, these are Starretts. All have verniers for reading to .0001" increments (accurate when YOU get good with them!)(BTW, don't believe those imported electronic six-inch calipers that pretend to have this level of accuracy; that's marketing hype for amateurs).

First-class tools that will serve you all your life. Individually boxed. Starrett currently sells mikes like these for $210-260 apiece, or $830 for a set of four.

Selling only as a full set. $225 plus shipping and insurance from Seattle area, paid by cashier's check, no trades.

PM me.

I'm too computer-dumb (and lazy, and old) to do photos. I went to the Starrett site, the mikes I have look very similar to their current #226 style. They are in good shape, not worn shiny or dinged.

So far as I know, there isn't anybody on the site who knows me well enough to vouch for me, although I've been yakking with Frenchtown Flyer for a number of years, including recent PMs, and possibly he'd tell you I sound like an allright guy . . . .
