This is the ONLY bump besides mine that I have ever seen with FUNCTIONING one piece side glass. He used electric windows; and its a Merc too! At least it has the tailgate from a mercury

Looks like now they don't even mention this conversion for a Bumpside on their website anymore.

I found these photos of a one piece side glass, that One Piece Products had provided from several years ago, of a mock up they did at least on one Bumpside.

Vintage glass claims they have one; IT IS COMPLETE TRASH! Not only were the windows not cut correctly nor the same from side to side, they do not take into account any of the fab work required to make it work, The seals were junk and the C channel they provide was not enough and won't work very well. I bought the kit (cheap) from a guy I knew and ended up throwing everything away. It was literally unusable junk.

Hmm.... something doesn't seem to jive with the 'Mercury' truck in that link.

As far as I know, the Mercury trucks were phased out of production in 1968. The truck in the link has a red side marker light at the rear of the bed. The marker lights didn't come about until two years after production would have stopped for the Mercury trucks. --bed side marker lights first went into production on the trucks in 1970.

Either the truck isn't a Mercury or, the bed has been replaced with a '70-'72 bed.

And the hood originally had F-O-R-D on it.

If I could find a Mercury tailgate I would put on mine for sure.

In his build thread, he shows an interesting door cut away showing the hinge alterations for the front track.

Nice thread! I saw where you mentioned the one piece windows, but you didn't show anything on how you did it, or what alterations that were needed.
