Welcome to FTE.
You may find some kind soul here who will take two days and type in all the things you must do, but I think instructions can be found elsewhere once we establish a couple things.
No ECU for the supercharged motor? What else do you have besides the supercharger?
Just searching on this, Roush lists the job at 14 hours, with advanced skills.
So, what motor, what exactly do you have, and what tools and skills do you have?

My apologies. I am mechanically inclined. I believe I can do it myself. The supercharger came off of a 2001 king ranch. It is a ford so i believe it was installed to help with towing so says the guy i bought it from. It came with intake manifold and fuel rails with injectors also headers and pulleys vacum lines and wire harness belt and tension pulley bracket, got the air cleaner and coolant tank and lines with radiator cooler. Sorry for the late response but i hope this helps.

I would suggest you search for a Ford shop manual for your your truck. It should have step by step r & r instructions etc.
I did a brief search and found mostly older models. A bit more of a search should find on on DVD or print.
There are you tube videos etc also, but none that I saw was detailed enough.
Good luck with it.
