2003 Lincoln Navigator Suspension Issue
Hello everyone, I've been lurking around the forums throughout the last year and decided to join today because I have the dreaded suspension issue.
My car is a 2003 Lincoln Navigator and since the day 1 of buying the truck I've had a issue where I needed to wait a while for the front suspension to rise up after starting the car. I've heard the compressor turn on as well as hear a leak like air was seeping out of somewhere. When I turned her off and left to go do something and I would come back to see the front low again like if either the bags are leaking or some bad o-rings or a leak from the hoses but really I have no idea.
Well today I used my car and the front never lifted once, where I live it snowed so it's very cold. But the compressor never gave the sound like it was filling up the shocks or even turned on. I have a bad feeling that the leak made the compressor do more work that it should and now its gone for good.
I normally have the truck parked in a garage but where I rent the garage is not insulated so it barely does anything to keep her warm. I knew the day would come to convert the air shocks because they are just to pricing to get fixed. I'm wondering if anyone had a similar issue like this and if anyone could please give me some advice.
I want to mention the Front Shocks are the only ones I have an issue with, the back looks perfect and is raised up just fine.
I hear the Monroe shocks are cheaper and I've read people like them, although I am leaning towards Strutmasters because in doing the math it seems only around $100 more and I get some Eibach Springs which I assume should ride better than the Monroe's. Any suggestions?
I've also heard the Monroes are way cheaper but from what I can tell it's not much difference unless I am either buying them from the wrong place or assuming I need to buy two fronts and two rears when they might come in a pair. I'm looking on Amazon, here is the link.
Do I have to buy 2 of each of these or just one? Because buying two of each is around $500 bucks and for $630 I can get the Strutmasters which I know should be better cause of the Eibach Spring.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/151126115643?item=151126115643&viewitem=&vxp=mtrStrutmasters on their website
I also do not understand why the ones on ebay look very different than the ones on their website. Honestly for $30 more dollars I'd rather buy them from their website because they look better.
Sorry for my ignorance as I am not a mechanic and do not know very much about these sort of things. I would greatly appreciate any help or advice anyone could give me to ensure I make the proper decision. Thanks for reading.

Install Kit (I know it's nothing but zip ties but I have no problem buying them either for $20 bucks)
