No rear heat? but rear ac!? 84 econoline
i was opening the side panel inside my van to see the heater core and all i found was a ac core!! is this the common setup? i have no need for ac. but would like more heat in the rear. thinking about plumbing the ac core with coolant. or is the heater core hidden somewhere else in the back i looked under and dont see any coolant lines in rear.

FWIW rockauto.com lists a rear heater core for an '84 E150. If your van ever had a rear heat there should be evidence of coolant plumbing along the driver side frame and holes leading to somewhere in the blower airflow. I vaguely recall our '77 E250 had a lever by the rear air blower to select air from the elbow level vents or floor.
