Evening all. I will be purchasing the drop beams/shackle kit that DJM offers for the 3-4 drop soon. Has anyone done this with 18 inch wheels? If so, what tire size were you able to run without issue. I recently purchased new 18x8 grey Ridler wheels with the standard 4.5 offset and love them and definitely don't want to change them. Currently running 265/60/18's all the way around and it would be great if they would work. The eye test leaves me questioning that. Any help is greatly appreciated as always

 

I almost bought those too but everybody on here told me not to. For the same price as the front drop beams you can buy a crown Vic front clip. that is a way better setup; modern disc brakes, IFS, rack and pinion steering. I haven't done this myself (yet!), it is a bit more work but a HUGE improvement over lowered '70s technology.
