Searched threads for a while with no answer that satisfied me.
1995 F150 5.0 4x4 extended cab with 4r70w.
What is a good cam to replaced the stock(if any), for helping with power/torque from 1500-3000RPM, where is lacks? Something daily driver. Truck has Mass Air with 3.73 gears also.

Appreciate any help.

You won't get better than the stock cam it's optimized for that rpm range, maybe add some 1.7 rockers and if you haven't got them already add longtube headers.
