Cylinder Numbering?

Could someone confirm that the #4 cylinder is the second one back on the driver side?

I am getting a "cylinder 4 misfire" DTC. I guess this has to be the plug or the COP. At 52,000 miles, seems early for the plug--even earlier for the coil!

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Cylinder Numbering?

O.K. I understand that the cylinders are 1 to 4 front to back on the passenger side, and 5 to 8 on the driver side. Maybe I have the heater hose leak I've heard elsewhere (although I haven't used any coolant).

Is Ford doing anything past warranty on that?

That is correct. I do not know about the warranty thing though. RacerDave may have more info on that.
