Happy Monday FTE! Another beautiful day in paradise.
Found another 94 Explorer worth buying once the check gets here, and this one only 50 miles away instead of 130. Looks brand new.

Must be the customer from he**. Or maybe Mr Scrooge reincarnated.
Well, it doesn't look like I will be getting the purple Explorer as the seller had to move out and needs all the money not just a deposit. So I am looking again. The other one that was low miles for only $2,200 has already sold, which does not surprise me it was in too good of shape to stay on CL long. Did find one nearby in Clovis for $600, and he states it ran fine before, but now the fuel pump is not getting power. Looking at the photo, it looks like the front bumper hit a pole. So I am thinking the inertia switch just needs to be reset. If it is still available when my disability gets started, I will pick it up. Of course, if the purple one is still available then I will pick it up also.

Being a property manager for my Mom's rental units, aint no way I'd sell any of those water heaters to anyone, even though they still function, and aint no damn way I'd replace any of them with a used unit, even if someone did yearly maintenance and replaced the anode rods in them regularly. UGH!

Yea I think a friend gave him the WH, but I'll tell ya made more work for me now the build up plugged the 1/2'' lines , so next is replacing the old lines to 3/4'' and I thought I was done crawling . I'm going to disconnect the Hot side and cap it wall and WH then brake open the drain Valve and flush it the problem is also the Hot side Galv is rusted too. Caught a Gas line 90 deg with my tail bone plumbing suxs.
