I survived. You vultures will have to wait - no guns for Roy, no truck for Ken. Sorry Pat, you're out of luck too.
Sent them home happy, but no puppies. But fruit snacks, a little chocolate (which mom never lets them have), fruit punch (too much sugar), PB&J sandwiches, etc. Granddad will be on their list of places to go and people to see for some time to come.
