Oh my, junk that truck, unplug the ICP sensor, it's on the top of the passenger side valve cover, careful not to break the tang that holds it on. If it starts you need to replace that sensor, if still no start, you might have a bad CPS. Cam sensor, if it's stock and that low milage it's probably stock, the best thing to do is get a scan tool and then you can diagnose much easier. I get it your in Egypt and I dont think NAPA has a store near buy, but what are your options? Alot of mechanics working on toyota's see the power stroke and hide. 6 months and his diagnose was to throw it away, put it in a container and I will pay to ship it here, make sure you put the bill of sale in the glove box please.

Send parts and 400+ dollars worth of shop manuals. Been to Cairo several times and there are a number of Ford dealers there that can order parts as they can order the same parts we have access too, the only difference will be the cost of the part that will be two if not three times what it might be here. We had a similar post to this about a year ago and when I gave them links and numbers to the local parts dealers the OP never came back on the forum. If there is a chance this is not spam, we can walk you through possible fixes but sending parts and complete manuals is probably not an option here.

Thank you very much for your reply and attention about my problem and I will try to check CIP and CPS.cam sensors as soon, but I want to discus my effort today, as you know I don't have any wiring for this truck and I depend on my experience, I find all eight fuel injectors and their related heaters connected together to board i. e (A board) located under the front wing and it is supplied with 12V directly from fuses box (located in engine compartment ) via 12V relay in the box, when I measure the feed volt and the socket is unplugged from (A board ) and during turn the engine on measure the 12V for a moment and it is suddenly drops to zero, is it normal?, I don't know.
May be my observation to diagnosis the damage is in the wrong way so that as I told previously I attend about your recommendation and reply you as soon, best regards.
