Truck is a 97 F350 reg cab 4x4. Recently the parking brake light will randomly come on for a few minutes. Fluid is full and brakes still feel normal. Sometimes the light will dim before going off. Only started doing this recently when its been pretty cold out. Any ideas on what to look at?

Check the connections on the parking brake pedal switch. You can also check switch with a ohm meter.

 

This happened twice to my '97. Turned out to be a weak vacuum pump

 

I would start with checking for vacuum leaks
