Continuous Regen

I have a 2011 F250 6.7
It has been in Regen for 2 weeks won't quit. Shop replaced 4 Temp sensors still in Regen.
The mpg reflects that it really is in Regen. Any suggestions.

Welcome to the forum, Rick03hd. Let's see what I can do to help. How many miles are on your truck currently? Is it being serviced at a Ford Dealership?

Not sure. They did a manual Regen and replaced the 4 Temp sensors. Then scratched there heads.

I am contemplating a delete on exhaust and EGR. Any comments on Pros and Cons of each.

EGT sensors, while integral to the process, are not involved in determining when a regeneration is needed or when it has successfully completed. "Resetting" won't do anything either. There are several potential causes for this condition. I might suspect things such as the DPF pressure sensor or any of the air management sensors as well as leaks in the intake system that can skew sensor data... just for starters. Suggestion? Find someone who knows how to diagnose this concern.

What about a MAF sensor? Could that also be a concern here?

Don't think it would cause the eternal regen issue but might be suspect as well?

The biggest con seems to be warranty issues. But since you are past the warranty I would say go for it. I haven't really looked very far into the details because I have a lot of warranty left. Check around there are plenty of people who have and can be much more help than I can.
